COVID-19 Message to TyrePal Customers

The UK government has advised that online retail businesses can continue to operate, and that postal and delivery services will also still operate. We are running the TyrePal business from our home office and can assure our customers that we are taking all necessary precautions to operate safely. The World Health Organisation advises that the risk of coranavirus spreading from a physical package is very low.

If you would like to place an order online, your order will be processed and dispatched, usually within 72 hours. In line with guidance, we are limiting trips to the Post Office to 2 or 3 times a week depending on demand.

Some products may be out of stock, due to interruptions to our supply chain in these challenging times for the world economy. If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be informed by email, as soon as possible.

Finally, the Royal Mail is under huge pressure due to increased demand for mail services, whilst facing staff shortages and absences. We are finding that First Class Signed For parcels are taking a little longer to arrive than normal. Please allow 3-6 working days (depending on area) for your post to arrive.
