Delivery / Returns / Warranty
From July 2023, TyrePal online consumer sales are being dealt with through our website partners PRIMA Leisure Accessories. PRIMA will process your order and arrange despatch accordingly. Please email info@primaleisure.com if you have any questions regarding your TPMS order.
Commercial TPMS orders are being dealt with by TyrePal directly. Please enquire to sales@tyrepal.co.uk regarding your requirements and DHL shipping. Shipping to North of Scotland, Northern Ireland, British islands will be via Royal Mail.
Commercial orders placed on the TyrePal website will be processed within 24-48 hours, except for non-despatch days – Friday, Saturday, Sunday, plus any UK public holidays. DHL shipping is a Next Working Day service.

VALUE ADDED TAX
All product prices are shown including UK VAT (tax) and excluding carriage. VAT will be charged as follows:
- Orders from within the UK: VAT at standard UK rate
- VAT registered businesses within the EC: UK VAT is not charged – please provide your VAT registration number.
- Commercial Orders from other countries: UK VAT is not charged.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, or happen to change your mind, you can return it to us in brand new condition, within 14 days of the date you received it, for a full refund of the product purchase price. For administrative reasons, we ask you to contact us by email (sales@tyrepal.co.uk) before returning, and we will provide further information.
Warranty
All of our TyrePal products come with a standard 12 month manufacturer’s warranty, which can be registered here
