What’s Included in Our Caravan & Trailer TPMS Kit
Our base caravan TPMS kit includes everything you need to get started:
- TC215 monitor – Displays live data from each tyre, with visual and audible alerts.
- 2x TCSO external sensors – Easily fitted to your caravan or trailer wheels in minutes.
If your setup includes more tyres — for example, twin axle caravans or larger trailers — you can simply add more TCSO external sensors. The TC215 monitor is ready to support up to 22 wheel positions as standard, giving you complete flexibility no matter your vehicle configuration.
Note: If you own a Bailey caravan already fitted with our internal sensors, there’s no need to purchase a full new kit — simply opt for our TC215 monitor only option.
TC215 Monitor – Real-Time Tyre Monitoring Made Simple
The TC215 monitor is the core of our caravan and trailer TPMS kits, providing live pressure and temperature readings for each tyre on your setup. With support for 2 to 22 tyres and a maximum pressure of 99 psi (6.8 bar), it’s built to handle everything from single-axle trailers to twin-axle caravans and beyond.
Clear visual alerts and audible alarms notify you of pressure loss, overheating, or slow leaks as they happen, allowing you to respond before minor issues become major problems. The monitor scrolls automatically through each tyre, giving you constant updates with minimal distraction while driving.
External TCSO Sensors – Practical and Easy to Fit
Our TCSO external sensors are simple to fit and maintain. Designed for caravans and trailers without internal TPMS, they screw directly onto standard tyre valves, replacing the dust caps. Once installed and locked into place, they transmit data to the monitor wirelessly as soon as the vehicle is in motion.
Each sensor includes a replaceable battery (CR1632) and is built to withstand the demands of long-distance towing. Batteries typically last up to 18 months and can be replaced easily with standard tools.
Important Note: TCSO external sensors cannot be used on tyres that contain tyre sealant.
Signal Repeater for Longer Vehicles
For longer caravans or trailers—especially setups where the distance from the cab to the rear axle exceeds 7.0 metres—we recommend the TCRR-2 Smart Signal Repeater. This plug-in accessory boosts the signal between the rear sensors and your monitor in the cab, reducing the chance of dropouts or connection loss.
The repeater is compact, easy to wire in, and once installed, works quietly in the background to strengthen communications across longer distances or through signal-obstructing materials such as aluminium panel work.
