TPMS for Agricultural Vehicles
At TyrePal, we understand the demands of farming life. Your equipment is out in the field day in, day out, often over rough ground and under heavy loads. That’s why our tyre pressure monitoring systems (TPMS) for agricultural vehicles are built to keep your tyres working reliably and safely, even in the most demanding conditions.
Whether you’re operating tractors, combine harvesters, sprayers or trailers, tyre pressure matters. It affects fuel use, grip, soil compaction and the overall performance of your vehicle. TyrePal’s TPMS gives you a clear, real-time view of your tyres so you can get the job done without unexpected delays or costly breakdowns.
Why TPMS Matters on the Farm
Agricultural vehicles are under constant pressure, quite literally. Between the weight they carry and the terrain they handle, tyres can quickly become underinflated or overworked. A tyre that’s running low on pressure might not be obvious to the eye, but over time it can wear out faster, heat up, or even fail entirely. That’s where our TPMS steps in.
TyrePal systems continuously monitor pressure and temperature inside your tyres, alerting you if anything moves outside the safe range. This means you can spot problems early, avoid damage, and keep your equipment rolling when it counts.
Our TPMS Set-Up for Agricultural Vehicles
For agricultural use, our TPMS set-up uses the TC215 Monitor. This display unit sits in your cab and shows live data from all connected sensors. It’s designed to be easy to read at a glance, even when you’re working long hours in rough weather.
We offer a range of sensors to match different tyre types and vehicle demands:
- TSCE sensors – These are external cap sensors that screw onto the tyre valve. They’re simple to install and ideal for standard wheels.
- TCSF sensors – These are flow-through sensors, allowing you to inflate the tyres without needing to remove them.
- TCFH sensors – Designed for heavy-duty or high-pressure use, these are mounted internally and give more protection and accuracy in tougher conditions.
If the distance between a sensor and the monitor is more than 7.0 metres, which is common with larger machinery or trailers, you’ll need to fit a TCRR-2 Signal Repeater. This helps maintain a strong signal so that all sensor data reaches the monitor in real time, no matter how long your vehicle is.
TPMS for Different Agricultural Vehicles
Agriculture covers a wide range of machinery, and each type of vehicle comes with its own tyre challenges. We’ve developed our systems to support all the major types, offering reliable data and alerts, regardless of the set-up.
Tractors
Modern tractors do it all, towing, tilling, planting, and hauling. With constant use and frequent changes in load, tyre pressure can shift quickly. A TPMS helps keep your tyres balanced and in good shape throughout the year.
Combine Harvesters
Combines often operate during short, intense harvest windows. A flat or overheated tyre can bring everything to a halt. Monitoring pressure and temperature with TPMS reduces the risk of breakdown at the worst possible time.
Trailers
Agricultural trailers often carry heavy, shifting loads. A tyre issue here can be dangerous and costly, especially if unnoticed on the road. With our system, your trailer tyres are monitored alongside your main vehicle.
Telehandlers
Telehandlers are workhorses on the farm, lifting, loading and shifting materials all day long. Their tyres take a beating from rough terrain and the weight of heavy loads at height. A TPMS helps spot pressure drops early, preventing damage and reducing wear when you’re stacking or transporting.

ATVs and Utility Vehicles
Smaller vehicles used around the farm still face pressure from rough ground, uneven loads and unpredictable weather. Our sensors fit these too, helping you stay safe and mobile.
How It Works on the Ground
Once fitted, each sensor begins transmitting data to your TC215 monitor. You’ll see real-time tyre pressures and temperatures for every wheel covered. If anything drops too low, gets too hot, or spikes too high, the monitor will sound an alert. You don’t need to be a mechanic to understand what’s going on — just check the display and you’ll know which tyre needs attention.
The system is especially helpful during long working days. Instead of checking each tyre manually — which is time-consuming and not always accurate — you can focus on your work, confident that your tyres are being watched automatically.
