You can order by phone, on-line or by post.

Price and payment

All retail prices are in Pounds Sterling, including VAT.

Carriage is charged extra unless a promotional code has been used and is shown separately in the shopping cart and on invoices.

We accept payment by cheque and by most credit and debit cards except for American Express. Credit card processing is carried out on our behalf by Global Payments, one of the World’s largest banking and financial services organisations. The transaction is processed on their secure server. Your personal card details are held securely by Global Payments and are not divulged to us. On completion of the transaction, you are automatically returned to our web site. Payment will be taken immediately and prior to dispatch.

We will await clearance before dispatch.

Products and specifications

All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Product descriptions are given in good faith, are accurate at the time of publication and are updated as necessary, but we reserve the right to vary colours and update product designs. Measurements and weights are approximate.

Important notice

The products are intended to raise awareness of problems with your tyres.  They may also provide warnings of safety-critical conditions, but must not be relied upon to do so. The use of these systems does not replace the requirement for regular checks on the condition of your tyres as appropriate for your vehicle.

Packaging and delivery

Orders are dispatched day after order of receipt, unless purchased next day delivery, send via Royal Mail with a signature required on receipt.

Standard delivery charge is £4.95 and goods usually arrive within three working days of dispatch to mainland UK addresses.

Premium delivery services are available at extra cost.

Shipping to EU countries only

Orders need to be received before 12.30pm for Next-day delivery,  sent via Royal Mail services and in some areas, including Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands, the service may take an additional day.

If you choose your items to be sent via ‘Letter Post’, your item will not tracked or covered by insurance. 
This is sent at the customers own risk and is only available for items of value up to £69 

Privacy and data protection

Ordering and use of our web sites is subject to our privacy policy.

We will take care to keep your details secure, but we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to information you provide when using our web sites or via your own computer.

We do not have access to your credit card details. Card processing is carried out on our behalf by HSBC.

Our web site uses cookies that may gather information about your use of the site. By using the site with cookies enabled in your browser, you consent to our using the information outlined in more detail in our privacy policy.

Satisfaction guarantee

We want you to be entirely satisfied and recommend TyrePal to others.

If you are not fully satisfied or have a query, please contact us immediately to give us an opportunity to rectify matters. You may cancel any order and return goods within 14 days of placing the order for a full refund of the purchase cost, subject to the following conditions:

  • If goods have already been dispatched, you must contact us and follow our returns procedure.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging at your cost and at your risk.
  • The refund excludes our delivery charge.

Any refund for a credit card transaction may be credited to the original card or refunded by cheque at our discretion.

Damaged, lost or incorrect goods

If the goods delivered are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or incomplete, you must inform us in writing or by e-mail as soon as possible, and within seven working days of delivery. If you do not receive the goods ordered within 30 days of order we shall have no responsibility unless you notify us in writing of the problem within seven further working days.


Our total liability shall not exceed the price of the goods purchased from us.

Law and Severance

Our contract for sale of goods is made under English Law. If any part of these Terms & Conditions are deemed unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other parts of these Terms & Conditions will not be affected.
