Our on-line shop uses state of the art software and the highest level of credit card security for your protection. Despatch is normally next day, and if you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you can return it for a full refund.
How it works
To order any item, just click on the ‘add to basket’ button next to it. This places one of the item in your shopping basket and takes you to the shopping basket screen where you can amend the quantity or remove any item.
When you’ve added everything you want, view the basket again and then proceed to checkout. At this point, the carriage cost will be calculated if applicable, and you will be offered a choice of payment methods.
If you choose to use a credit card, the transaction will be processed by HSBC, one of the World’s largest banking and financial services organisations. The transaction is processed on their secure server. Your personal card details are held securely by HSBC and are not divulged to us. On completion of the transaction, you are automatically returned to our web site and we will send confirmation by email.
If you prefer, you can print off the order and mail it to us with your cheque.
Pricing
All prices are shown both with and without UK VAT (tax) and excluding carriage. VAT will be charged as follows:
- Orders from within the UK: VAT at standard UK rate
- Personal orders from within the EC: VAT at standard UK rate.
- VAT registered businesses within the EC: VAT is not charged if you give your VAT registration number.
- Orders from other countries: VAT is not charged.
Carriage
- Standard UK carriage is £3.95 per order.
- Delivery outside the UK is £12.50 per order.
Next day and next day before noon services are also available for UK mainland addresses at additional charge. These services are normally provided by Royal Mail and subject to their geographic limits which may take longer to some addresses. Please select if required.

Guaranteed
If you are not entirely satisfied with a product, you can return it to us within 14 days, carriage paid, for a full refund of the purchase price. For administrative reasons, we ask you to contact us before returning anything, and we will give further information.
